After filming “Sir Hindustani,” Ronit confesses his long-standing infatuation with her and inquires about her relationship with Manish. Samina asks about his wife, and makes it clear that she’s not interested in being in a relationship with a married man once again.
The next day, Ronit and Samina meet at the Sea Rock Hotel to discuss upcoming interviews for the movie’s release. They stay up all night talking about the pressures to succeed in Bollywood, leading to Ronit’s confession that he’ll be financially ruined if “Sir Hindustani” is a flop.
Meanwhile, a hungover Michael crashes a car. Though no one gets seriously hurt, the car is totaled. Back in the dorm, Michael sits alone in the dark and questions God about whether or not there’s a plan or purpose in life or if the universe is truly random.
